Spending Time on Eagleview’s Restaurant Row

By Amanda Covaleski, July 10, 2018

Nestled in the Eagleview Town Center business park and apartment complex sits Restaurant Row, a fresh spot for casual and delicious dining. Thanks to its fun atmosphere and the community events that Eagleview Town Center holds, these restaurants are always lively, especially on the weekends. As an Exton native, I love having a diverse range of options only a 10 minute drive away. The location is so convenient and between the 6 restaurants, there’s always a place ready to dish out what I’m in the mood to eat. Here’s a rundown of all Restaurant Row has to offer.

Brickside Grille

This American eatery was the first restaurant in Eagleview Town Center, before Restaurant Row was even an idea. Brickside Grille is known for their extensive raw bar featuring fresh oysters, as well as their delicious wood-oven pizza, but their Sunday brunch is my favorite. On Sunday mornings they lay out more food on their buffet (including a frittata and a carving station) than I can fit on one plate, plus an additional a la carte menu with my personal favorite, crab and spinach eggs benedict. During the week, they dish up international and New England-style seafood, plus American favorites for lunch and dinner.

Al Pastor

Looking for some fresh Mexican food? Al Pastor has you covered with their wide range of modern Mexican specialties and extensive drink list, including funky margaritas. Every time I go to Al Pastor, there’s 2 or 3 entrees that I want to eat, proving how diverse and delicious their menu is. I also love this place because it’s very vegetarian-friendly, especially for a Mexican restaurant. Definitely try their fresh guacamole as an appetizer and any one of their enchiladas and an entrée. If you love burritos, my sister devours their Carnitas and Oaxaca Cheese burrito.

Suburban Restaurant and Beer Garden

If you love beer, this is the place for you. Suburban serves their own brews, as well as an impressive lineup of all Pennsylvania-made beer. This beer garden/restaurant has a ton of tasty options ranging from modern American to international dishes for lunch and dinner. On Sunday mornings, they dish out delicious brunch featuring breakfast and lunch favorites. Stop by and support one of Chester County’s many local breweries!

Bluefin Eagleview

With three other locations around the Philadelphia suburbs, Bluefin is known for their high-quality sushi. Their fourth location in Eagleview is no different. Their menu is full of tasty sushi rolls, sashimi, and even a chef omakase. If raw fish isn’t your thing, they have a limited, but delicious, selection of kitchen appetizers and entrees. Make sure to stop by for their lunch specials if you want to treat yourself to some sushi rolls without making a dent in your wallet. Don’t forget to bring your favorite local brew since this place is BYOB!

Nudy’s Cafe

A Chester County favorite, Nudy’s Café, dishes out breakfast all day at 9 locations in the county. Their huge menu covers any king of breakfast food you could possibly want as well as classic American lunch favorites. I recommend trying their fluffy omelets, eggs benedict, or cream chipped beef over biscuits if you prefer a savory breakfast, but my all-time favorite is their pumpkin cake French toast with cream cheese frosting.

If you’re looking for a sweet treat after your meal, Rita’s Water Ice is in the Restaurant Row neighborhood, plus there’s a ton of yummy local ice cream shops nearby! No matter which restaurant you choose to visit while in Chester County, you’ll enjoy your experience and want to come back to try all the other tasty options. Happy eating!
