Arrive in the Brandywine Valley and stay at one of our warm and welcoming accommodations, including the all-new Hotel Indigo in downtown West Chester. After settling in, it’s time to hit the town – grab a cocktail before dinner at one of Chester County’s/West Chester’s many unique bars and carry on to dinner at some of many local favorites, featuring farm to table cuisine, and culinary arts that will always surprise.

After dinner, experience a reimagined Winter Wonder at Longwood Gardens with one of our accommodations’ Longwood Gardens hotel packages, which include untimed tickets to the gardens.

Saturday, February 1

On Saturday, shop and savor the sweet flavors of Chester County, and let our Sweet Trail be your guide. Stop into the shops of renowned chocolate makers, bustling bakeries, and maybe even a little scoop of ice cream if the cold’s not bothering you!

In the afternoon, head down to Phoenixville and experience one of the Brandywine Valley’s most unique main streets, with shops and eats for everyone. Phoenixville is one of the most densely populated areas in the county for breweries so head down to one of their many local breweries including Root Down and Stable 12, among many others. Be sure to check in on the Chester County Cheers Trail whichever brewery you go to, to earn points towards exclusive prizes.

The shopping and fun continue at Firebird Festival in Phoenixville, one of the county’s most unique festivals with markets and a breathtaking burning 20 foot wood sculpture of a Phoenix.

Sunday, February 2

It’s Sunday morning, and there’s no better time for brunch in the countryside. Enjoy a traditional English breakfast, right here in Chester County at the Whip Tavern, which features a mix of farm to table cuisine, and local brews. After brunch, let the countryside continue to inspire you at the Brandywine Museum of Art and take in the Wyeth family’s idyllic depictions of the places they call home (it’s right there in Chadds Ford!).
