Historic Sugartown Presents Sugartown Weekend Tours 2019

Every SATURDAY (11am – 4pm) & SUNDAY (1pm – 4pm), Experience 19th-century community life in Chester County with a guided tour of Historic Sugartown’s c. 1880 General Store, School and Agricultural exhibits, and the c. 1805 William Garrett House. Explore the Book Bindery featuring the world-class collection of 19th-century bookbinding tools, and visit the Carriage Museum, which showcases a remarkable collection of early horse-drawn carriages and sleighs from the Chester County Historical Society. New this year! Staff from The Colonial Bindery will be offering demonstrations in our Book Bindery on our first open day, Saturday, May 4th. These demonstrations will be accessible to anyone who takes a guided tour at no additional cost. See our website for details.
