Black Rock Sanctuary
Phoenixville, Pennsylvania 19460
The Sanctuary consists of 119 acres of wetlands, woodlands and meadows and is dedicated to wildlife habitat and public use. Discover the history, geology, wildlife, plant life and habitats of the basin by walking along the interpretive trail and visiting one of the many education stations along the way. The sky over Black Rock is a flyway, or air highway, for birds that migrate up and down the East Coast. Our wetlands attract waterfowl and provide for other plants and animals.
