Wolf’s Hollow County Park

Wolf’s Hollow County Park is named after the 1789 land patent granted to James and David Sterrett. The 1st record of ownership was in 1733 when Philadelphia merchant Samuel Mickle requested a warrant of 1,000 acres, which included the current park property.

Woodlands at Phillips – Mushroom Exhibit

Stop by and visit Phillips Mushroom Farms in our restored 1828 family farmhouse.  Phillips is a third generation owned and operated mushroom farm.  Our retail store and growing exhibit is housed on the original Phillips family farm.  The store offers fresh Phillips mushrooms and unique mushroom items.   Take a short walk to our mushroom growing exhibit where you can see mushrooms growing in their substrate and learn the growing and cooking processes through videos.

Wyncote Golf Club

The 18-hole "Wyncote" course features 7,012 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72; the course rating is 74.0 and it has a slope rating of 130 on Bent grass.  Designed by Brian T. Ault, ASGCA, the Wyncote golf course opened in 1993. James S. Pepple manages the course as the President.
