Our building is a newly renovated 1930s cottage restored ably by Tom Savage. We’re located at the crossroads of the Gap Newport Pike and Street Road (Routes 41 and 926). Our exhibition series explores the changing nature of place, as well as the relatively unusual rural setting for the exhibition of contemporary work.
Terrain Gardens at Devon Yard offers a lush, horticultural setting with ever-changing greenery that creates a lavish backdrop for special occasions year-round. The Ceremony Garden, Reception Room, and Garden Porch can accommodate parties of many sizes and additional spaces at Devon Yard may also be reserved for events.
Our space can accommodate up to 140 guests for a seated dinner, with room for dancing, and up to 200 standing.
