The weekend after Thanksgiving is a time when hundreds of families will travel out into the country air and begin the season by picking out their Christmas Tree. There are many locations through out Chester County where you can either pick and cut your own tree, or you can pick a pre-cut tree. Here is a list to help you decide the best location for you.
Bernard’s is a family run business for over 60 years. They have roughly 40 acres of trees to choose and cut your own tree.
Buck Run Evergreen Farms grows and sells wholesale and retail cut and live Christmas trees, wreaths, and landscape trees.

For over 50 years Dan’s Tree Farm has provided quality christmas trees at great prices. We have a wide variety of fresh pre-cut trees, trees with root balls, and choose & cut trees in our nursery.
Trees are limited this year! Christmas trees-you choose and you cut (only 15′ and above), Living Christmas trees (to plant later), Christmas wreaths, garlands, tree shaking provided, trees baled, saws provided, winter wagon rides, free hot chocolate. Tree varieties: Blue Spruce, Canaan Fir, Douglas Fir, Fraser Fir, Norway Spruce, White Pine.
FRESH PRE-CUT Trees ONLY this year. Precut Christmas trees, Christmas wreaths, tree shaking provided, trees baled, saws provided, winter hay rides. Tree varieties: Canaan Fir, Douglas Fir, Eastern White Pine, Fraser Fir.
Christmas trees- 10-15′ Evergreens. Walk, or take a hayride to your tree, you choose and you cut, Precut Christmas trees, Christmas wreaths, garlands and Christmas decorations.

Christmas trees-you choose and you cut, Precut Christmas trees. One of the largest and most established “choose and cut” tree farms in the tri-county area. While you are here don’t forget to visit Barb’s Country Shoppe where you can enjoy a complimentary coffee and/or Santa’s brew. She also offers hot dogs cooking on an open fire for a dollar donation.

Christmas Trees – you choose and cut, train rides (see West Chester Railroad, below), Holly, Wreaths, Stands, Pine Roping, Balled Trees, individually priced. Customer is responsible for cutting the tree down and dragging it out of the field (carts are available on a limited basis). Wiggins will supply saw, hole in the bottom of the tree (if needed), baling and string for you to secure your tree on your vehicle. Customer can not use a chain saw.

West Chester Railroad Christmas Tree Train

Train rides, Pre-cut Christmas trees. West Chester Railroad is again hosting it’s popular Christmas Tree train this holiday season! We have partnered with Wiggins Tree Farm in West Chester, PA. The train will depart Market St station in West Chester, PA promptly at 8 am. Once on board, passengers will enjoy complementary treats, coffee and hot chocolate. The train will arrive at Wiggins at approx 8:30 AM where passengers will disembark at the tree farm to go pick and cut your Christmas tree down. Wiggins Tree Farm will assist you in cutting and transporting your tree back to the train. They will also bag and tag it. Your tree will then be placed onto our flat car, which will be in tow on our train. At 9:45 AM, passengers will then board the train and be brought back to West Chester where you will be assisted in off loading your Christmas trees.
